是軟萌雪鴞！　「睽違130年」再現紐約中央公園　胖乎乎模樣「展翅搖屁屁」遊客笑：來幫哈利波特送信？

紐約曼哈頓的中央公園出現了一位稀客～1月27日，一隻胖乎乎的雪鴞（snowy owl）突然現身，牠羽毛豐盈、非常健康，吸引不少人前來欣賞。美國自然史博物館的鳥類學家表示，上一次雪鴞出現在中央公園要追溯到1890年12月，也就是說，這是時隔130年雪鴞再次現身。

▼雪鴞是一種大型的貓頭鷹，牠們全身雪白，很有特色。這種鳥兒是北極苔原地區的留鳥，冬天會向南方遷徙，一般會出現在人少、開闊的地方，很少出現在大城市中。作為猛禽，雪鴞主要捕食小型哺乳動物，老鼠、松鼠等等都在牠的食譜上。

▼雪鴞突然現身中央公園，吸引了很多人的關注。愛鳥人紛紛趕往現場，希望能夠親眼看看這隻鳥兒。賞鳥人David Barrett在推特@BirdCentralPark上紀錄了這次經驗，他說這是「中央公園的超罕見事件」，公園管理員也維持秩序、管理賞鳥人，確保人們跟雪鴞保持適當的距離。

▼野鳥基金會的研究員Rita McMahon說，雪鴞現身中央公園是一件了不起的大事，通常在機場或海灘上比較容易看見牠們，因為在這樣的環境中牠們能清楚看到獵物。近年來雪鴞的數量正在逐漸減少，能夠看到一隻這麼健康、這麼強壯的雪鴞，真是太令人開心了。

在小說《哈利波特》中，主角哈利波特就有一隻叫Hedwig的雪鴞，牠是哈利波特的信差。不知道這隻雪鴞突然來到中央公園，是要給誰送信呢？
